trying to push a boulder up a hill is a wacky way to spend a saturday. also very photogenic and scenic apparently. for context, i just took part in a retrostudio game where the objective is to push a boulder all the way up a hill, like the greek myth sisyphus.
i didn't actually get to push the boulder up the hill as seen in the photo, cuz there was always a huge ass crowd swarming it. i did try to stay at the bottom of the hill like a goalie and catch the ball whenever it escaped. some guy actually counted the amount of attempts made to push the ball up the hill, and last i heard it was like 32 times ;-;

TURNS OUT the proper strat to beat this game is to do it alone. roblox is glitchy af when so many players are pushing a poor physics object like a ball, and it just flies out of reach every time. it's funny, because u would think that it would actually be easier to push the ball with more people, but nooope! literally just 1 person being an absolute trilobite and standing in front of the ball is enough to send it 300 feet down the hill. RIP -_-
also morbid side note: the owner of the game would smite you down like zeus every time you tried to ascend the hill without pushing the ball. he had some god tool that nuked you and sent ur sides into orbit. what was at the top of the hill? just an npc dj and dancefloor. also a free badge, which was nice :D he also shut down the game right after i stepped on the badge, so it was good timing.
i luv retrostudio games that are based around some sort of teamwork/collaboration like this. the task is so simple, but it also goes to hell immediately because you have trolls sabotaging, everybody raging, and me getting chucked into oblivion for sneaking up the hill. lovely 10/10
